Green Gables Reserve will soon be home to more than 450 new homes in Lakewood, Colo. and is slated to open in 2015. Developed by Ryland Homes and built upon the former grounds of the Green Gables Country Club, this new community is bolstered by its historical location and by the legacy of its name. To facilitate the visioning and conceptualization of the community, Ryland Homes turned to Art + Business ONE.
A+B1 is currently facilitating the vision behind Green Gables Reserve, which includes community design, planning, and marketplace collaboration. PCS group inc. has partnered with A+B1 to assist with the land planning, landscape architecture and graphical rendering of the site.
In accordance with A+B1’s belief that across all industries the customer is taking an ever-increasing role in the dynamic of new product introduction, A+B1 has created two-way communication with prospective homebuyers via the Green Gables Reserve Forum.
The Forum is an online venue for interested members of the public to share their opinions about what they want in a community and receive ongoing updates about Green Gables Reserve.
The Forum has generated remarkable interest from more than 1,000 potential future residents, before the start of construction. Through our engagement with prospective Green Gables Reserve homebuyers, we’ve substantially raised the level of market interest in the community.
Art + Business ONE is proud to say that we’re unique in our approach. Engagement is a two-way street, and we’ve capitalized on that notion. We’ve creatively strategized the planning, design, and experience of Green Gables Reserve by building rapport with the individuals who are most likely the future residents.
