A+B1 was asked to paint a compelling, inspiring and tangible picture for the future of WellDyne that included introducing a branding strategy that presents a cohesive organization, while supporting individual business unit identities.

A+B1 recognized that the industry of health care is undergoing significant and paradigm changing dynamics. “We positioned each business unit to take advantage of unique opportunities presented with the rapidly changing landscape of health care,” says Lance Jackson. This Whole Brand Internalization process was a company-wide initiative and a vast undertaking that included contribution by department heads and business unit managers within WellDyne, including human resources, compliance, and IT. A+B1 developed and deployed environmental communications, new primary brand collateral and website platforms for each business unit, internalization events and surveys. The outcome was an integrated Whole Brand Launch at the Southeastern regional office in Lakeland, Florida and Western regional office in Centennial, Colorado.
