A standout moment of the year was receiving three prestigious MAME Awards for our work with the Looking Glass community in Parker, Colorado. These awards, which recognize “Merchandising and Marketing Excellence” in the real estate industry, affirm our ability to create compelling, cohesive branding for master-planned communities. Winning accolades for Best Logo Design, Best Graphic Continuity, and Best Signage for Looking Glass showcases the power of blending strategy and creativity to build lasting and cohesive brands for new communities.
Bringing Two NoCo Communities to Life
This year, we proudly brought two exciting Northern Colorado communities to market: Prairie Song and Bloom.

A+B1 plays a key role in defining the messaging and marketing for Windler, Aurora’s hottest and most dynamic new home community. With its vibrant branding and strategic outreach, Windler is primed to introduce its first batches of new homes from its five home builders to become a sought-after destination for homebuyers in the greater Denver metro area. Pioneering Immersive Motion Graphics
This year, we integrated Immersive Motion Graphics into our service offerings, setting a new standard for real estate marketing. This cutting-edge capability captivates audiences by bringing properties to life through dynamic animations and interactive visual storytelling.
For example, we created motion graphics showcasing the night sky for the Crescence Colorado homepage, emphasizing the area’s low light pollution and stunning starry views. Additionally, our work featured immersive and engaging lifestyle visuals that highlight the unique features of each development.

Transforming the Home Builders Foundation Website
We were thrilled to launch a refreshed website for the Home Builders Foundation (HBF), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities through accessible home modifications. Hosting Memorable Community Events
Community events are at the heart of building connections and creating buzz. And events are an opportunity to target a community’s intended prospective homebuyer type by creating a relatable theme, roster of activities, giveaway, and more.
This year, we planned and executed unforgettable experiences, including:
- The “Legendary Day & Giveaway” event at Looking Glass in Parker, CO: A day filled with family fun, highlighting the unique lifestyle the community offers, with a homebuyer-centric giveaway to Devil’s Thumb Ranch & Spa.
- The “Prairie Song Summer Party”: A celebration that brought neighbors together to enjoy live music with two bands, food from multiple food trucks, and family-friendly activities under the Colorado sun.
These events not only strengthened the communities’ ties to their homebuyer profiles, but also positioned the neighborhoods as vibrant places to call home.
