At Crescence Colorado, a master-planned community nestled in the expansive eastern plains, Immersive Motion Graphics were used to highlight one of the area’s most unique features – the breathtaking night sky. Upon visiting the community’s homepage, visitors are greeted with a full-page animation of the night sky, complete with shining and shooting stars. This visually stunning animation emphasizes the serenity and enormity of the stars above, showcasing the beauty of the Colorado plains, where low light pollution allows for uninterrupted views of the celestial landscape. This immersive experience not only captures the imagination but also speaks to the lifestyle offered by Crescence – one where residents can escape the bustle of city lights and revel in the awe-inspiring natural beauty of the night sky. It’s a perfect illustration of how living in this part of Colorado offers a peaceful, star-filled backdrop that few other communities can offer.

Prairie Song in Windsor: Communicating Excitement Through Motion Graphics

At Prairie Song, a new master-planned community in Windsor, Immersive Motion Graphics played a key role in the rolling openings of five model homes. To create buzz and anticipation, we developed animated digital display banners that transformed static visuals into dynamic, eye-catching content. These animations were used across social media platforms and email campaigns to drive traffic and engagement with prospective buyers. The animated elements told captured attention while promoting the numerous model homes available to tour and positioning the community as a desirable place to call home.

By leveraging brand-aligned motion graphics, a sense of excitement swirled for the open model homes, encouraging higher engagement with cross-venue advertising on social media, display banners, billboards and print magazines.

Bloom Fort Collins: A Legacy of Agriculture Meets Urban Design

At Bloom Fort Collins, we found opportunities with the brand pattern to capture intrigue and attention. For this project, we animated the leaf-like brand pattern to resemble a kaleidoscope effect. This subtle yet powerful visual connected the urban development with its natural backdrop, telling a story of harmony between progress and tradition. The motion added depth to the brand’s narrative, drawing from Fort Collins’ legacy in state agriculture while highlighting the innovation behind this modern, forward-thinking community.

The community’s identity was animated for a launch campaign that captured attention and visually showcased the premier location of Bloom along the major roadway into Old Town, Fort Collins’ downtown area.

These animations were not only visually appealing but helped reinforce Bloom’s brand identity in a way that resonated with potential buyers, showcasing the community as a place where nature and urban life exist in perfect balance.

Looking Glass in Parker: A Legendary Day Comes to Life

For the Looking Glass community in Parker, we had the opportunity to create a series of animated digital banners, social media advertisements, and emails for an event called “A Legendary Day & Giveaway.” This crown-jewel event was the perfect platform to showcase the community’s lifestyle offerings, including the chance to tour seven stunning model homes and win a getaway for two to Devil’s Thumb Ranch and Spa in Winter Park. The animations added a layer of luxury and aspiration, aligning with the desires of prospective homebuyers looking for both an elegant home amidst Colorado’s majestic prairies, and an active, outdoor lifestyle.

The digital assets we created were not just promotional tools – they were key to driving engagement, building excitement, and highlighting the unique lifestyle associated with the Looking Glass community.
