The Brighton Crossings rebrand took a dormant, lack-luster community to an active epicenter with a revived sense of place. Expanding into new neighborhoods, constructing new, award-winning amenities, and welcoming new builders is an example of successful pivoting with a refreshed persona.
Strategically balancing the community’s previous brand equity, its passive reputation, and all of the “new” planned, the project required the amalgamation of its various neighborhoods and built amenities. The goal: change the perception of Brighton Crossings among real estate professionals, current and prospective homebuyers. The outcome: a rapidly-growing, friendly community.
