All good things come to an end, even the three-decade development of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. In its last opportunity there, developer and homebuilder Shea Homes introduced an urban-style new home product in a vibrant neighborhood with a Central Park.
Aptly named “Crescendo” for the coming together of all parts and pieces of Highlands Ranch’s 25 square miles of housing, shopping, recreation centers, business parks, and more. The marketing campaign spoke to the new homes’ placement at the high point of the land and benefits of joining a fully-grown, robust and established area.
