Pulling inspiration from the land itself, Looking Glass was named after the looking glass prairies of settlers’ lore. It sits adjacent the Hess-Reuter Reservoir in Parker, Colorado and spans over 3,000 acres at full build-out. This locale is one of the most sought-after south of Denver and is surrounded by competitor master-planned communities.
With a decade-long development timeline and competition surrounding the community, the Looking Glass brand needed to be iconic, enduring, and spirited. It needed to connect to the land and the area’s history, while creating a legacy of its own, for generations upon generations to come.
