At the confluence of east Denver, Aurora, and the Central Park neighborhood is the 140,000-square-foot Stanley Marketplace which recently welcomed two new apartment complexes to the area. To meet the varying needs of Stanley’s changing audiences, a new campaign with a new look and feel was needed to establish this place as more than a family space.
The strategy was to connect Stanley Marketplace’s marketing with its core, new, and expanded audiences. A+B1 worked with the Stanley team to define what it stood for, who it was made for, and why it’s the place to be; morning to night, weekdays through the weekend. Crisp graphics and a multi-dimensional campaign message became the foundation for a new, easy-to-use (and manage) website, welcome kit for apartment residents, on-site graphics, and more.
