A+B1 Expands Public Relations Offerings

Rachel Krantz has joined the Art + Business ONE team as the public relations coordinator. A Colorado native, Rachel recently returned to the Mile High City after living in Miami, where she graduated from the University of Miami and worked for a leading public relations and marketing agency.

She will collaborate with the Art + Business ONE team to provide comprehensive public relations campaigns to our clients, inclusive of media relations, social media strategies, corporate social responsibility programs, strategic alliances and events. Integrating these services with the holistic brand and marketing strategies will advance awareness and foster goodwill among target audiences.

A+B1 has been tapped by one of the world’s largest technology powerhouse corporations, Siemens. We will be working closely with its local and corporate teams to support the strategic articulation and presentation of how Siemens is innovating infrastructure and technology systems for all types of development. It is a complex web of integrated services that Siemens provides, and A+B1’s strategic and creative services have been retained to make the complex simple and compelling.

Also, A+B1 has been retained by Brookfield Residential Properties to brand, refine and bring to market two communities. One is brand new and carries the sensibilities and attributes that we hold sacred as a company built by a Colorado native – staying true to the legacy of the land and promoting the best this state has to offer. Art + Business ONE Wins MAME Award for Sterling Ranch

Winning an award for best community website is a mark of achievement.  When that award is given for the convergence of forward-thinking strategies blended with emerging innovations and intelligent design, it’s a more newsworthy achievement worthy of further description.

For the 2015 Denver MAME Awards, which honors top achievers in the new-home industry, A+B1 entered the Sterling Ranch website for the 2015 Best Website award – and it won.  

The website is a true achievement in delivering expectations of the new-age customer.  In collaboration with SIEMENS, we took a mobile-first, multi-modal strategy that aligns with the interaction and engagement that website visitors have grown accustomed to via the explosion of mobile Apps.  This is not a traditional community website.  Instead, the strategy affords a seamless transition from a marketing venue today to a resident-centric tool tomorrow.   read more

Enhancing Customer Satisfaction By Asking Questions and Showing Results

The community development landscape is changing, and A+B1 is ahead of the curve.  As with any consumer-oriented industry, the customer is taking an ever-increasing role in the creation, design, use of, and of course, success of new products.  The same is true in new-home community development, and this perspective is reshaping the paradigm of how to build homebuyer satisfaction.  

When we began the visioning and conceptualization of Green Gables Reserve – a new, approximate 450-home community coming to Lakewood, CO – we turned to the community’s prospective residents to help shape its amenities and lifestyle offerings.  We did so by creating the Green Gables Forum, a survey-based website offering two-way dialogue for active and passive homebuyers to tell us what they want most in a new community. read more
